Shipping

All online orders over $100 will receive free standard shipping. Any orders under that amount will be charged a shipping fee.

Our products are typically shipped in 5-10 business days, unless otherwise noted, using the following carriers: USPS, FedEx, and UPS. In-stock items will ship as soon as we can get them on their way to you. Made to order items (i.e. PRESALE items) will ship after the estimated time listed on the product description.

An email confirmation will be sent to the address provided when placing your order.  

We do not ship outside the United States at this time.

To return your product, email us at shop@madeintxco.com to receive directions on return shipments. Customer is responsible for shipping cost of return, unless otherwise specified. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is received, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund. Returns must be submitted within 15 days of order receipt.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
