Katherine was tired of getting chocolate granola that did not taste like chocolate, so she made her own. Dried bananas are cooked with cane syrup, cane sugar, and butter - then tossed with oats, sesame seeds, coconut, cocoa nibs, and Valrhona cocoa powder - then toasted and finished with ground 71% republic dark chocolate. Rich, crunchy, caramel-like, and of course, lots of chocolate. Gluten-free, soy-free.
